3.4 - Data Recipients
The Emitech Group only shares your personal data with authorised and identified recipients, in accordance with the provisions of applicable regulations.
The Emitech Group may in particular grant access to your personal data to companies within its group, to its partners and to any third-party service providers, acting as processors, to carry out services relating to the Emitech Group's IT services and applications (including hosting, storage, data processing, database management and IT maintenance services).
These third-party providers, who act only on instructions from the Emitech Group, will only have access to your personal data to fulfil the purposes determined at the time of data collection and will be bound by the same security and confidentiality obligations as the Emitech Group.
3.4bis – International Data Transfers
Some of our technical service providers may process data concerning you outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly in the United States, in connection with the following services:

- Microsoft Corporation (Clarity) — behavioural analysis
- Vimeo Inc. — video hosting/playback
Where such transfers to a third country take place, they are governed in accordance with Articles 44 to 49 of the GDPR, by means of:
- an adequacy decision where applicable, in particular the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission decision of 10 July 2023) for certified American providers;
- and, failing that, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission (Decision (EU) 2021/914), supplemented where necessary by additional measures.

The Emitech Group only retains your data for the duration necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in compliance with applicable legislation.
