Quality at the Core of Our Values
Our Qualifications, Accreditations and Recognitions
Our qualifications, accreditations and recognitions are more than just a showcase of our technical expertise and testing capabilities.
Listening to Our Clients
While our quality policy is defined in our quality manual in compliance with standardized requirements, it is lived and embodied by our teams through a pragmatic approach: understanding our clients’ needs and striving to go beyond their expectations.
A Quality Manual Based on Our Values
- Assurance of an Independent Third-Party Laboratory (Impartiality, Independence, Integrity)
- Reference Testing: Traceability and Metrology
- Technical Validity of Our Testing Methods and Procedures
- Confidentiality of Our Services
Our COFRAC Accreditations
Recognitions such as COFRAC accreditation attest to our compliance with demanding standards such as NF EN ISO/IEC 17025 and NF EN ISO/IEC 17065, which guarantee the rigor of our testing and certification activities.
Cofrac essais
All Emitech Group sites apply the rules and principles set out in our quality manual, regardless of their scope of accreditation.
The list of our accredited sites and their scopes is available on www.cofrac.fr.
- Adetests (Accreditation n° 1-2472)
- EMC (Accreditation n° 1-7032)
- Emitech (Accreditation n °1-7460)
- Emitech-GNSS / Guide-GNSS (Accreditation n °1-6924)
- Environne'Tech (Accreditation n° 1-1245)
- Eurocem (Accreditation n° 1-0744)
- Lefae (Accreditation n° 1-1972)
COFRAC Calibration
Most of the equipment used in our testing laboratories is monitored internally by our metrology laboratories.
The experience gained in the field of metrology, together with our involvement in COFRAC accreditations for our testing laboratories, has naturally led us to obtain a COFRAC calibration accreditation for our Montigny metrology laboratory, providing:
- A guarantee of metrological traceability up to national standards.
- Verification and calibration of your instruments in compliance with COFRAC requirements.
Emitech is COFRAC-accredited for calibration (Accreditation No. 2-7461)
COFRAC Product and Service Certification
Emitech is accredited in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17065 standard (Accreditation No. 5-0549, scope available on www.cofrac.fr).
- ISO/IEC 17065 relates to conformity assessment and specifies requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services.
- Emitech services may include the analysis and use of test results but do not, under any circumstances, interfere with the work performed by laboratories.
As the systems of Notified Bodies have evolved in line with the latest directives associated with CE marking, this accreditation is an essential element for implementing the most up-to-date conformity assessment procedures.
Emitech is a Notified Body No. 0536.
Our ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Accreditations
Other certifications sustainably structure our organization and practices. Within our EMC subsidiary, ISO 9001 certification reflects our commitment to delivering services based on controlled methodologies, continuous improvement, and a relationship of trust founded on transparency with our clients, partners, and suppliers.
This requirement is also accompanied by an environmental commitment formalized through ISO 14001 certification. It is part of a responsible approach aimed at managing the impact of our activities, optimizing our internal organization, and integrating, at our level, practices that contribute to reducing the environmental footprint of mobility-related technologies.
Our Professional Recognitions
Some of our recognitions (IECEE, FCC, ISDE, NADCAP, QUALIOPI) act as true levers in your service: they extend the international recognition of our test reports and enable us to offer, in addition to testing, high value-added engineering and consulting services.
Our IECEE Recognition under the OC Scheme (CB Scheme)
IECEE recognition enables the international acceptance of our test reports, facilitating access to global markets and compliance with electrical and electronic standards.
For more information on the standards and equipment categories covered by Emitech’s recognition as a National Certification Body and its CB Testing Laboratories, please refer to the following link: EMITECH's dedicated page on the IECEE website
Our FCC and ISDE Recognitions
Our FCC and ISED recognitions demonstrate our ability to support the compliance of radio and electronic equipment with North American regulatory requirements, enabling their placement on the market in the United States and Canada.
Our Recognition as a Technical Service
The Emitech Group is recognized as a Technical Service approved by vehicle type-approval authorities:
- CNRV (France): for testing in accordance with Regulation R10 (EMC).
- KBA (Germany): via the ALEE alliance, offering a wide range of type-approval services (battery testing, thermal safety, etc.).
- ...
Our membership in European networks enables us to mobilize certified laboratories across the EU, ensuring simplified and accelerated management of testing campaigns.
Our NADCAP Recognition
Our NADCAP recognition certifies the compliance of our processes with the quality requirements of the aerospace and defense industry, according to the standards defined by major industry stakeholders in the field of fire testing.
Our Training Organization Is Qualiopi-Certified
Our training organization is Qualiopi-certified (the quality certification has been awarded for the following category of action: Training Actions), is OPQF-qualified, and is listed on Datadock.
Research Tax Credit (CIR) and Innovation Tax Credit (CII)
In a different context from our previous recognitions, many Emitech Group companies are approved under the French Research Tax Credit (CIR) and the French Innovation Tax Credit (CII). These schemes act as powerful levers for your R&D and innovation projects, allowing certain testing, engineering and consulting services to be eligible for tax-based funding mechanisms.
Emitech, EMC, Eurocem, Environne'Tech, Adetests, PIEME and Emitech R&D Moteurs are approved by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research under the Research Tax Credit (CIR), and are approved by the Directorate General for Enterprise (DGE) under the Innovation Tax Credit (CII).
CIR approvals are valid from 2023 to 2025 for Emitech, from 2019 to 2023 for EMC, from 2023 to 2027 for Eurocem, from 2021 to 2025 for Environne'Tech, from 2021 to 2023 for Adetests, from 2022 to 2024 for PIEME, and from 2023 to 2025 for Emitech R&D Moteurs.
CII approvals are valid from 2023 to 2025 for Emitech, from 2021 to 2025 for Environne'Tech, from 2021 to 2023 for Adetests, from 2022 to 2024 for PIEME, and from 2023 to 2025 for Emitech R&D Moteurs.
