Our PEMS testing services
Our RDE tests are carried out using PEMS on-board systems that comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2017/1151 et seq:
- On-board gas analysers: NO, NO2, CO, CO2, HC, O2.
- Particle sensors: number (PN), mass (PM), diameter.
- GPS and telemetry: altitude, speed, position, inclination.
- Mass flow meter for air or fuel flow
- Environmental sensors: temperature, pressure, humidity.

Test methodology

- Selection of a representative route (urban, suburban, motorway).
- Compliance with the conditions defined by the regulations: duration, temperature, altitude, speed, load, etc.
- Complete data acquisition throughout the journey.
- Post-processing analysis in accordance with regulatory procedures.

- Calculation of the conformity factor: ratio between measured emissions and WLTP thresholds.
