Dynamometer for powertrains (GMP)
Benches for electric, hybrid or combustion engines
The Emitech Group has a number of powertrain characterization (performance, vibration, etc.) and endurance test benches to develop or validate your thermal or electrified powertrain.
The expertise of our staff also enables us to handle any type of cycle or customer mission profile.
Example of our dynamic 'B9' dyno - 2 machines
This dynamic bench enables a large number of possible combinations to be tested without being encumbered by the vehicle's integral structure. Faced with the challenge of developing ever cleaner and more energy-efficient vehicles, the Powertrain bench can accommodate a range of powertrains: thermal engines, light hybrid (48V) or heavy hybrid (high voltage) or all-electric.
The versatility of our test bench means that we can respond quickly to the development and fine tuning (FTT) needs of vehicle manufacturers and equipment suppliers. Endurance or development tests carried out on this test bench validate the chosen architectures in terms of mechanical reliability, pollution and fuel consumption.
