The Emitech Group offers a comprehensive platform of high-dynamic test benches dedicated to electric motors (e-motors). Highly dynamic testing
- Up to 21,000 rpm, 510 Nm and 270 kW
- Rapid acceleration, control tests, performance characterization, engine mapping
- Compatibility with battery simulators up to 1000V / 1000A
Extreme climatic conditions simulated
- Ambient air: -45°C to +120°C
- Water or oil: from -30°C to +120°C with the possibility of thermal shocks
- Specific cooling for motor, inverter, battery or accessories
High-frequency acquisition and vibration monitoring
- Control via the PULSAR system up to 5000 Hz
- Real-time vibration measurements via PULSAR VIBE (50 kHz on 8 channels)
- Post-processing via LMS station for structural and dynamic analysis

E-motor benches
- Single-machine bench, high dynamics, power 270 kW
- Operating range: 21,000 rpm, 510 Nm up to 6,000 rpm
- WT3000E wattmeter acquisition (10 kHz)
- EMC cage available for testing in a controlled electromagnetic environment
48V high-speed bench (automotive & aerospace applications)
- Drive spindle: 100 kW / 18,000 rpm / 79 Nm
- Braking spindle: 70 kW / 24,000 rpm / 60 Nm
- Cell area : 27 m² with air circulation
- Chilled water and oil cooling, double central lubrication system
- Acquisition via PULSAR Lite + PULSAR VIBE, HBM T40 torquemeters (accuracy ±0.1%)
- Complete mapping of 48V starter-alternators
- High-speed endurance testing
- Simulation of specific aerodynamic or operational conditions
