Vehicle testing and electrical and electronic subsystems (EEE) - On-board systems
We validate the performance of on-board electrical and electronic systems in electrified, hybrid and thermal vehicles:
- Full vehicle EMC tests: very large Faraday cage (27x18x10.5 m), 4x4 chassis dynamometer up to 120 km/h, CISPR 12/25, ISO 11451, ISO 11452, ISO 7637, ECE R10 tests.
- Electric powertrain testing: motors, inverters, OBCs, BMSs and converters. Electrical, environmental, thermal and EMC validation.
- Battery testing: complete packs, modules and cells, approval tests (ECE R100, ECE R10), abuse tests, endurance, fire, IP, cycling.
- High Voltage Systems: combined EMC, climatic and vibration testing for HV boxes, connectors, sheaths, etc.
- Low-voltage components: functional and environmental validation of sensors, relay boxes, optics, etc

Electromagnetic (EMC) and electrical testing
- Electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with: CISPR 12/25, ISO 11451, ISO 11452, ISO 7637, ISO 10605
- Radiated immunity and driving, electrostatic discharge (ESD)
- Tests on complete vehicles (ECE R10), AC/DC charging simulation, driving robot
- Specific standards: PSA B21 7110, Renault 36-00-808, VW TL81000, LV124, etc.
Environmental testing
- Random and sinusoidal vibrations, mechanical shocks (up to 105 kN)
- Temperature shocks and Rapid Temperature Variation
- Humidity, salt spray, corrosion, corrosive gases, UV, dust
- IP (water and dust protection), sunlight, altitude
Hydraulic tests
- Cycling pressure, burst, pulse, leak, pressure drop
- Fluid: glycol water, oils, Skydrol
- Combined pressure + vibration + temperature tests (PVT test bench)
Acoustic and vibration tests
- Acoustic analysis (CSA), psychoacoustics, 4 RM chassis dynamometers (240 km/h)
- On-board vibration analysis, modal, synchronized measurements
